​Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 14 working days once you have received your order. All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging and tags attached, or a refund will not be issued.

All tights, socks, underwear, hair accessories, pointe and ballet shoe accessories, and special orders are non returnable. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Goods must be sent postage paid. We recommend you use a recorded postage option when returning goods, as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.

Refunds will be issued between 1-3 days once goods are received back. Refunds do not include postage costs.
