I want your shopping experience to feel straightforward and stress-free. Please take a moment to read the returns guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect.
Full-Price Items – Online Orders
If you change your mind about a full-price purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

Unworn
-
In perfect, re-saleable condition
-
In original packaging, with all tags attached
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–3 working days of receiving the return. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Goods must be sent postage paid. Using a tracked or recorded service is recommended, as Weston Dancewear cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Tights

Socks
-
Underwear
-
Hair accessories
-
Pointe shoe and ballet shoe accessories

Special-order items
This does not affect your statutory rights.
🌸 Sale & Clearance Items (Online & In-Store)
To keep prices low and make space for new season stock, some items are offered at a reduced or clearance price.
Sale and clearance items are “Final Sale” and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty.
This includes:

End-of-line stock

Discontinued colours
-
Older or reduced uniform
-
Items marked as “Sale”, “Clearance”, or otherwise discounted
Some clearance items may not include original accessories (e.g. belts or detachable components). Any omissions will be stated in the product description.
If a sale item arrives faulty, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll put it right as quickly as possible.
Pop-Up Shop Purchases
Purchases made at pop-up events follow the same structure:

Full-price items: Return or exchange within 14 days (unworn, tags attached)

Sale/clearance items: Final sale, no returns or exchanges unless faulty

Hygiene items: Non-returnable as listed above
Stock Availability
I do my best to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may go out of stock between you placing an order and it being processed.
If this happens:

The unavailable item will be refunded

The remainder of your order will be dispatched as normal
