⚠️ Before placing an international order, please read this in full. This page covers customs, returns, and costs that fall to you. Once an order is placed, these rules apply.
🛃 Customs & Import Charges
Every country has its own rules. When sending a parcel internationally, your country’s customs may charge import taxes, duties, or ask for ID. These charges are not included in your order total.
Weston Dancewear has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them. If you refuse to pay or don’t respond, your parcel may be returned.

International shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary by country and order contents.

📦 If Your Parcel Is Returned
If your parcel is returned for any of these reasons:
- Unpaid customs or import charges
- Refused delivery
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Unclaimed parcel
Because this happens, for all international orders:
- The original postage cost is non-refundable.
- A £4.95 admin fee will be deducted to cover return processing and restocking.
- I can resend your parcel once it’s back, but you must cover a new shipping fee.
🎁 Can You Mark As Gift / Lower Value?
No — I’m legally required to declare contents accurately to comply with customs. I can’t mark a parcel as a gift or lower its value to avoid import fees.
