Sale items are shipped from a different site and may take a little longer to dispatch than full-price orders.
If you need something urgently or by a certain date, please get in touch before ordering — I will always try to help where I can.


📦 Dispatch Timeframes

  • Full-price items: usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Sale items: please allow up to 7 days for dispatch
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK parcels – delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders £5.00–£19.99 → £3.95
  • Orders £20.00–£49.99 → £4.95
  • Orders £50.00+ → £5.95

🚗 Local Delivery – £3.95

Available to BS22 and BS23 postcodes.
I will deliver your order directly to your door within 1–3 working days. Just select “Local Delivery” at checkout.


🛍️ Click & Collect – FREE

Select “Local Pick Up” at checkout and I’ll be in touch when your order is ready to collect from my home in Weston-super-Mare.


🌍 International Delivery

International shipping is available — prices and delivery times vary by country and order value. If you’d like a quote before ordering, please email info@westondancewear.com.

Important (customs & returns):

  • Import taxes/fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in your order total.

  • If a parcel is returned to me due to unpaid customs charges, refusal, incorrect/incomplete address, or the parcel being unclaimed, the original postage is non-refundable.

  • Where applicable, a return processing/admin fee of £4.95 will be deducted to cover carrier return charges and restocking.

  • I’m happy to resend once the parcel arrives back with me — this will require payment of a new shipping charge.

  • Some international shipments involve carrier hand-offs (e.g., DPD to a local partner). Please ensure you monitor emails/texts from the carrier or customs so you can complete any payment/ID steps promptly.

Tip: Add a phone number and email you actively use at checkout so the carrier can reach you about customs.
