As of the 12th November 2022, the shop will be closed. Our online shop is still available, but only until Friday 2nd December. Online orders will recommence in mid January.
"Hello 👋🏼 For those who don’t know me, I’m Hannah and I have owned Weston Dancewear for the past 15 years.
Unfortunately I will be closing the shop (not the business) in November - the last day it’ll be open is Saturday 12th. Some of you may already be aware of this, others won’t and I do apologise for blindsiding you. It has not been an easy decision and there have been multiple factors involved - pandemic, rising costs of living, energy prices, rise in wholesale prices…the list goes on! I am also expecting my first child in December, something I’m very much looking forward to, but this has been a major factor in the closing of the shop.
However, I will not be closing the business; you will still be able to order through the website. I am also happy to say that I’m working with some of the local dance schools to provide uniform days and a “click & collect” option too. There will be more information about this posted on social media and the website in the coming weeks! Please be aware that I won’t be able to go to my storage unit 7 days a week and will be caring for a baby. However, I will try and be as flexible as possible, as I know not having the shop available to you will be an inconvenience.
I am having a major sale in the shop and online, as not everything can come to the storage unit 😅 I’m adding to it daily, so if you haven’t been in recently, now might be the time to do so and pick yourself up a bargain 😁 This does not include uniform items, sorry.
POINTE SHOE FITTINGS
There will be an option to come to the storage unit (it’s a nice one 😅) to be fitted, or depending on circumstances, meet somewhere else - this will be on a case by case basis. I will try and be as flexible as possible!
Going forward, if you need to get in touch, the best way is via email or Facebook messenger - I will try and be as responsive as possible, but please forgive me if I don’t get right back to you.
